Jeez, I dunno...this would be where an attorney would come into the discussion with a good explanation. Wish I could be more help....

Thanks Craig,

I think I have it now, the trademark is directly related to the product and that`s what they need to know about. I doubt if the attorneys would jump in, they want to be hired. They are usually pretty vague with answers. Never say, do this or do that. I thought we were here to help each other, getting clients would be a plus.

Actually, several attorneys have offered helpful advice here on SuN. :-)
