Hello,

Help! What am I doing wrong? I am trying to update my new rededisned logo and it will not change. The new one is less than 500KB and in a jpg format but it just will not change. Is it possible to remove my current one. I can see how to do that.

Did you save it on your computer? When you upload are you choosing to over right the new photo with the old if it is the same name and ext. You could either rename it and save and upload but mau have to change it on all pages, or the easier way would be to delete the old logo from server and then upload the new one with the same name and ext, so that it will pull that.

I did an update to my photo not too long ago and for some reason it took two days for the hold to take place. I have no idea why whether it was my computer or something on SuN`s end. You may be in a similar position.

But you can try resetting your browser. It may have your old logo cached.

It`s a caching thing. When I redid mine, I had to do a shift-reload or shift-option-reload to see it.
