I wish there was an Unmet Needs list I could access to meet the criteria.

Maybe next year. Meanwhile I`ll keep planning for my application for the greatest thing since the current MicroSoft announcement of a MOSAICommunity software offer for user ID, Password - multi community site. You really oughta post sooner than later and also help your brother apply by means of an entrepreneur counseling site. By the way, has anyone noticed that the above mentioned poster has the smarts to lead a company of his own? How about a multi-member co-op project at the `Could We Create A Business Together?` Thread.

Interesting... Finding investors is like finding a record deal. It is best to do it independently. There are more creative ways to raise capital without above mention when you only have two days to decide.
