Hi Everyone,
This question goes out to my fellow coaches and consultants.
A friend of mine is customizing a CRM tool especially for people in our fields. Her business has already successfully customized this tool for people in healthcare and financial management. She wants to know our needs as it relates to tracking and managing our clients and prospects.
