So I have been thinking about opening a catering truck business; ether a route or better yet like in Orlando on Orange Blossom Trail they are just there and the lines to them never slow down; all the way into the night after the bars have closed

.

These are in commercial areas where there is a need for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night food.
