I`m not sure if this is the appropriate spot, but I don`t see an international or more direct business zone.  My question is about company registration in Japan, and letting a trading office deal with the matter (including paying for it), or if it is better to handle it direct.  Clearly it is appealing to have the office pick up the charges.  However, is there any potential for losing rights to the product down the line?  Does the person who pays for registration really gain any benefit?
