I have been developing two websites and realise it will be extremely hard for me to focus on building both and therefore am considering selling one.

The website I am prepared to sell has only just launched and as such is not making money (in fact I chose to make the product free to build an online presence first). This means I will only be asking for the cost of launching (design and programming) which makes it a great deal.

The site could easily be a subscription based model which can generate large incomes.

The website for sale, wowjv.com is a great idea, the site is up and has members already. It is a clean and well laid out website designed for businesses to do joint ventures. Doing joint ventures is probably the best way for any businesses to grow quickly and my website will be the place to find others to partner with. I love the idea and even if I don't sell it I will continue to grow the site because I truely believe in it. My other website takes priority only because it cost 4 times as much to build!

I would be looking for offers starting at £1400. You would not need to worry about design, programming, research etc as it's all done and you would have everything including the code and all rights. Members are already joining the site so you could be up and running in days.

Also, I have a business plan I would be happy to share with you as well, plus more general market research knowledge on the subject of joint ventures.I love the subject so can talk all day on it!
