I have 2 Business Plans, each for a unique and different food concept and am actively seeking a buyout for these plans or investors to help it become a reality.  Everything is included in these plans, including Financial projections and value propositions.  I also have other items such as sample menus, 1 page pitches and powerpoints for both of these concepts.
