Go through SuN`s vast directory of start up articles.
Innoventum has a free downloadable pdf on starting a business on their website.  Very helpful.  Innoventum also has a 9-video series you can watch on YouTube on Small Business Startups .  Score has lots of free resources as does the SBA.
