In recent months Entrecard has exploded onto the scene for Blog Advertising (http://www.problogger.net/archives/2008/01/10/interview-with-entrecards-graham-langdon/). While I question the effectiveness of their system for the end user, the owners of the site are getting a lot of traffic and I imagine ad revenue.
But I think they can be outdone. Why are they advertising static cards? Why not make these cards into Flash Animation...something that grabs the attention of readers? While most blog users may not be able to design their own cards with flash, why not offer a dozen or so templates that work with whatever text is present to create Flash Animation business cards.
Am I missing something?
If I had the knowledge I`d try and outdo them myself, but I don`t nor do I have the time to learn. So I hope someone within StartupNation.com can outdo this site!
