I own and operate successful Limousine Service / DJ Service. Would like to expand and purchase a building that is for sale to host Receptions, Parties, Anniversaries, Birthdays, etc. Can`t do it alone. Bank loan would kill in interest. Looking for funds to assist in purchasing.

i have recently recieved a huge sum of money to set up new business. I am really intersested in limousine and car rental but really know very much about it.Can you please give me some information into what is needed legally and how much it would take to set up the business.
