Once the idea is firmly settled on, the next stage is to consult a business plan expert to make a plan that will not only guide the business, but will also raise finance.

The real business is actually getting clients. A marketing expert too will be helpful but you must also be prepared to direct them. The key is to focus on the business plan and to ensure that as the business grows, the dynamics for operation grow with it. A business that grows too fast can collapse easily if these dynamics such as employee levels, space, running capital and other infrastructure do not grow at the optimum pace.
