What are the advantages of using your service over BigCommerce or Shopify? (platforms with thousands of customers and great customer support).

^ I was going to say the same thing. They are only selling themes though and BigCommerce is an entire solution with payment processing and the whole shabang. Personally though, I wouldn't use wordpress for a dedicated e-commerce site. There are much better, full functional ecommerce platforms that will work better, and are free, like zen cart and oscommerce.

But if you want your ecommerce site to be apart of your blog it is easier to get an ecommerce option for Wordpress.
