Hi, I hope all`s well with everyone.  I just wanted to add that I`ve been approved by SS (Social Security Administration) to start collecting my retirement.  I`ll be 62 this July `08, and notified that I should receive my first direct deposit by early September and every month thereafter.  So cool.

I`m also still working from my home but due to a knee injury my outdoor activity has been limited pending knee surgery after a Worker`s Comp. appeals hearing in late May `08.

I`m still living with my family in my beautiful home in Southwest Oregon, Bend, and enjoying my 1/4+ acre back yard and the sound of the Deschutes River running near the front yard.  Life`s good!

Thank you Kathy.  I have been retired since 2002 and still enjoying my time and travels.  As for my knee and surgery, the Worker`s Comp. hearing is scheduled for May 21 `08, and I`m hoping the decision will be in my favor.  If so, the surgery will be scheduled soon after.  If not, I will still have the surgery but through my own insurance, which i`m hoping not to have to do but I do need the surgery as I have maniscus damage, tearing and shredding in both the upper right and lower left of my right knee under the knee cap.  Ouch!
