That is one of the reasons names are Trademarked. We won our case. As it`s been said before, it`s also the reason why no one should let any website developer or anyone else own their domain name, or even be the technical contact. Using it in a redirect, that is going to another website would be an issue if the name is Trademarked. But that`s why you register the important domain extensions. It would be foolish if Coca Cola left the .net available.
