Okay. So I must confess. I`m still  in "start up" mode. I`m kind of wondering though what other books are there to read on businesses?

Every book I find is either "Start your business" books which I`ve read enough to know how to create a business plan. Or they`re super specific. Is there anything else out there. I guess I`m looking for books that are anecdotal in nature. I find that when you  here it from someone who`s been there, its easier to follow than a theory on marketing plans. So what are you existing business owners reading?

One of my favorite biz books is The Innovator`s Solution.  It`s a great read about growth and strategy.

I would recommend the E-Myth by Michael Gerber.  It is a great book for all stages of business.

I`m definitely looking into that one. I see the value in that philosophy of doing business.
