Are there any general books on credit? I`d like to learn more about it overall and clear up some general misconceptions. IE: I`ve heard of people getting a larger credit line if they don`t pay off the balance every month because the banks make money off that, but generally, we`re taught to pay off the balance.

General info on building better credit, tips, hints, etc is what I`m looking for.
