Hey Everyone.

Does anyone know of a good book that will teach me how to write a business script for my team (for example, if we want to `close` something). I know that relationship building and serving the customer`s need is paramount, but I do want some structure to the interaction... so I want to write a script for my team positioning us as the one`s who are qualifying the prospects. Are there any good books to help?
