Are there any laws with regards to starting up a blog for your favorite T.V. show? Do you need permission from the producer or network to write about, recap, feed video or pictures, and give opinions about episodes?
I'd like to start a fan site/blog for a popular T.V. show but it worries me that I'd be breaking some law I dont' know about.
I don't think there are any restriction if they offer an embed code it fair game.
You are free to speak about the show, get pictures from the show web site and credit any pictures that you use. comment on how nice the person looks and the great photographer who took the super picture. Do not edit the clips just show them as is.
