Best CRM software for my business?

There are many tools out there. Which I guess is a good thing. But how to find the best for your business?

One tool that I started using on my iPad is called My Sales Opportunties.
I liked its simplicity and easy of tracking and managing my sales. And the price ($8). :)

Other more corporate based web site I used are Act (www.act.com) and Maximizer (www.maximizer.com). These apps are server based apps.

And there are million of web based CRMs. Most popular are SalesForce.com, vTiger, Sugar CRM. They all cost from $20-$50 dollars per user per month.

What I would suggest you do it first define what are top 5 things you want to achieve by implementing your new CRM. And start from there. Look art which software will give you this in an easy and simple way at the least cost.

Do not forget, sales people do not like CRMs. This is because they see it as a 'big brother' controlling them. So if you find the way for reps to like your CRM you got the winning ticket.

Sorry for not giving you a simple answer, but this is not an easy question.
But look for tool simplicity, how to get reps to like it and at the end the price.

The best way to find out a high end CRM is to look into their Modules and feature list.

I know one of the best tool that i am using and recommend is B1Sales

What makes one CRM software provider better then another? In nowadays competitive environment it’s typically not a exclusive feature or function. there is numerous option for search best CRM software on the internet, you can find any harmonious software for your business independently here.

Some companies use the free version of the CRM as a way to attract customers and retain existing ones. Free system for non-commercial use - it's good, but for me it is better to use paid versions (regular updates, constant improvement of the system, technical support). You can try the full version of SaaS on http://www.teamwox.com/ quite convenient system, or look for other solutions CRM

The best you can do is speak with your sales team. Get a better understanding of what they need to increase efficiency, organization and help you improve your sales & relationships.

When I was in research mode, I signed up for free trials and scheduled live demos with several companies out there. Afterwards, we met as a team and shared feedback and discussed what our priorities were. In the end we went with Salesforce's CRM application, they simplified the whole process for us and met our small business' needs.This is our best year yet.

Make sure you do your homework! It pays off in the end! Wink

My personal favorite is Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

That is a good value for a product that has great depth in sales and service and can function as a document management solution to boot.

The customization is drag and drop and there is an army of people ready to help you.

Hi,

Recently, I needed to improve my sales department and customer service so I decided to use CRM. I have found a good example for this purpose and with it I could add VoIP to my solution. The technology is provided by Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK. I wish to share my positive experiences about this sample.

As I have integrated, VoIP CRM the communication can be done by using voice over IP technology. For my company it was really important because I could reduce the cost of communication.

I integrated this VoIP technology by using a webphone. I put a webphone onto my company’s website ad every customer can contact my sales representatives via that webphone.

As I wanted to reach my customers via webphone and wanted to integrate them into a CRM I needed to consider some situation. When a webphone uses a SIP account it can be got from the webphone server. AsI wanted to identify the user through the SIP account they use, I needed to ensure that the same user got the same SIP account every time. This means that the SIP account delegation cannot be made automatically but needs to be supported with a login system.

For this purpose, the webphone has to require a login name and a password from the user who wants to use it and the SIP account is given to the webphone according to these login data. This also means that the system requires a registration from the users, but after that all the user data can be gained from the user data sheet store in a database.

Currently we have been using Latitude business management software for 5 years and we're very happy it. It handles timesheets, job tracking, quotes, invoice, and reports much faster than the other software we tried.
