The benefits of yoga are extensive. Not only does yoga affect the physical aspect of the body, it addresses the mind and spirit as well.

Yoga is great, not only for keeping fit, but for releasing pressure. It is my favorite sport. However, I've heard people getting hurt because of over-doing Yoga or incorrect movement, so just a remind here: be careful!

Yoga is great for the mind and increases concentration. I do it for 30 min everyday. I use a thick yoga mat for extra support.

Doing Yoga practice is good for health i believe it, but the main thing is that it is done in a proper manner with a instructor. without proper knowledge about yoga exercise please don't do that.
