You have to be careful, though, nowadays. It used to be that it was smart to link to sub-pages with your main keyword, but with Google's now ultra granular search results you could accidentally push your sub-pages to be more "relevant" for your keyword than your home page. I know because it's happened to one of my sites.

In some instances this would be OK, but if you want traffic to be directed to your home page for your keyword, be careful about over-SEO'ing your sub-pages. Just another thing to think about...not disagreeing with internal linking with your keyword.
