Hi All,

I am really not looking forward to taking on this task.  I prefer to stick to the marketing, but since it has to be done.  Are there any best practices and tips that you all can share with me?

I assume from  your post that your business has a merchant services account.  If so,
what you need to do is contact your processor and drop it in their lap; they should know
what to do and take care of it for you.  Lots of processors are now charging for this, but it shouldn`t be much more than $75 or so...if more, then beware  you are being gouged. But it IS important that you take care of this, particularly if  you employ a POS system with the capability of storing info which is a no-no.
