Hey that was a very informative. It s actually very hard to find PRs who can fulfill all our requirements at perfect time. When we know what it is exactly that is required in a PR, why not use it ourselves?
Great article! I am a newbie here and I do get a lot from the blog. There's only one thing I'm not so sure about - the truth. I love truths and I believe that people should be honest. It's just a matter of when and how much to be. In my opinion, the aim of PR is to build up, maintain, and when necessary, restore the reputation & public image of a certain company / brand. So when and how much should a PR person be open to the public? Especially when dealing with a crisis, is it really helpful to be totally open-up?
