Bad checks from customers

How about using a collection agency, selling them or using check verification as part of accepting the checks?


Collection agencies can only do so much.  Small Claims courts is the way to go as in some states (like CA) the courts can garnish wages until the debt is paid.

It`s best not to accept checks from storefronts.
