Good evening, I hope everything is superb!

I am Krys and 23 years old. I have been struggling with the right business idea for quite some time. Recently, I came up with the idea of paying your rent online, with an emphasis on urban, inner city areas. The idea can be found in such companies like www.paylease.com , www.payrenteasy.com. I believe the idea would be beneficial to both tenant and owner.

Does this idea seem feesible?

Thank you all

I think anyone that would pay rent online would do it through their bank.
For me there would be the huge worry of having yet another party handling my money and knowing my personal information and also I would have more work to do.

Hmm...this is interesting to me since I`m in the mortgage business. Here in MI, not many people at all have computers or are on-line in the inner city but I personally like the option to go to a web site to pay my rent. I would do it.

So you would have a central site and owners would sign up so their tenants could pay their rent with your site ?
