Another recommendation when it is released that you have a third party audit and validate your software and security practices. Since you are working with financial data you may be required to comply with the privacy and security requirements of GBLA (http://www.ftc.gov/privacy/glbact/). People who put their financial data in the hands of a third party will want the comfort that their data is secure and this can be done though a third party. (Something my company plans to do once fully off the ground..someday, if I can just shed this day job)

You are one of the few people that disable javascript (not java to different things).   99% of web 2.0 apps use ajax (javascript) its extremely common.

The site will not hold anyone`s personal (SS numbers) or banking account  info.  So the site will be data-wise as classified as any other site like say netflix or basecamp.

I will however send this link to my lawyers to see if they missed anything in the privacy policy.
