This is a rather pedestrian question, but I'm having a real problem. Ove the years, I've saved thousands of Favorites on AOL. Now, for some unknown reason, the list of favorites has scrambled itself and won't allow me to put things back where they were. When I make changes, they snap back to their scrambled order.
Years ago I set up my Internet Explorer page with an MSN welcome page. It has the place to save the Favorites, weather, news, features, other tabs, etc. So, when AOL's favorites became scrambled, I went to the MSN page to try and rebuild another list of favorites with folders organized, etc. However, it won't let me move the folders to wherever I need them to be.
So, I'm looking for another"welcome page" that has all the things on it (news, weather, features, etc.) that AOL and MSN has, but has favorites that can be organized properly. I need one that allows you to put not only individual websites into folders, but also put the folders where you need them to be.
Can anyone steer me to such a page or site?
