My start-up is getting ready to sell a unique service for the luxurious market. I am first targeting celebrities & wealthy people. I would like to have the service in an auction to get bids for the lucky person who would be the first one to receive it. I am expected it to be several $100K if not >$1million.

Where can I sell such service in an auction?

I`m not quite sure what you are asking.  I think a little more information is needed to get some feedback.  When you ask "where", are you asking about possible physical locations?  Online?

My question is the following: are there some auction where I could sell a service (not a product!) to the luxury market? Are there auction companies that would specialized in wealthy people for luxurious items? As an entrepreneur, how could I register my service to those companies? Can I do it alone? Do I need an agent?

Oh I see, I thought you were looking to hold your own auction.

I know nothing about Christie`s auctions but my impression is that they only deal in antique or collectible items.  But you never know, they might have some sort of subsidiary auction house that would work for you.  Or you could start by contacting them to see if they can point you in a direction.

Maybe you should contact an auction house like Christies in New York and ask them. I dont know if they would handle a service but they`re the place where the rich and famous attend auctions of all kinds.

Good Luck
