As I predicted a few years ago the internet is becoming like TV, no real value just people pushing an agenda.

I've noticed lately that most business web sites (magazine sites too) are really becoming nothing more than places for people to promote their offering(s).

So, I'm looking for business related web sites that have real content not an article promoting someone's offering made to look like an informative piece.

Anyone know of web sites that aren't just promotion sites but contain valuable content?

The internet is an E-commerce marketplace. People establish websites for many reasons, but the main one is to be able to do business. That is why almost every website is about business.

However, if you are looking for information, there are countless places where you could get it. You could buy an E-book, for example. You can also visit the websites in the specific niche that you want and ask if they have this information. Free information is rare because it costs money to prepare this information.

A good free resource, though not conclusive is Wikipedia. It has some of the best information detail around. And if it's official issues, then government websites, which I cannot guarantee will have all information out in the open, could be a good place to look.

But if you do a really determined search, chances are you will get snippets that you can piece together on your own.

I'm watching all my movies online. There's no point in subscribing to cable when you can watch Jay Leno, Merlin all for free.
