Did you use a Document Filing Agent to register your business?

I would like to amend the articles of organization of my LLC in NJ. In researching the process, I found out that I need to list the article from the original certificate that is being amended. But I don't remember getting a copy of the articles at all. I used an agent to file my papers. Should I have gotten a copy of it, or do I really need to request a copy of it from NJ state division of revenue?

I asked my agent but they have very poor customer service right from the start. I have not gotten any answers from them.

Your articles should be public record, mine are and I can find them even with a simple Google search.  Try that, if you don't find it, visit your city or county websites and you should be able to find the information there.

Are there any PLR articles available for free downloading?
