Hi Guys,
I wanted to get your opinion. I work for a merchant processing company and every time I tell someone that they literally look at me like I am the Devil. We started this company to get people away from that mentality, by giving some of our profits to the customers charity of choice. However, Do you guys think we are the Devil?

Short answer: YES.
Slightly longer answer: People don't understand why they need you and why they have to pay you. You provide a service no one understands yet cost money and is required. So naturally people aren't going to like it.
Can you create a marketing advert to explain what you actually do, maybe using a comic strip or something light to show why your services are needed etc?
