With technologies developing fast, marketing is changing. It seems the age of pictures & texts has been left in the past, while videos start to take the leading role in today's marketing. I've been seeing more and more companies (including the one I work in) taking videos as a tool to market their products / services and I'm just a little wondering where exactly the charms are for those videos?

To make what I'm talking about clearer, here's a example:

My company put a video named "Live Chat Get Started" with similar content to "How It Works"page. Which one would you like better as a visitor?

Hi Sophia,

I think having both a video page and static help page in this case is appropriate.  Everyone learns differently so having all types and forms of learning materials really helps out your sites users and makes life for the client better by giving them choices.  I think videos are becoming more popular because they are very stimulating. Technology is making video creation and editing much simpler and cheaper also so it is more accessible to the masses now.  Even the video distribution channels are more robust.  I personally think video is going to be large part of marketing and business in the future.  Those who use it best will come out successful. Google is investing a ton into YouTube so that should tell you something.

Online video sharing technology is relatively new compared to older forms of marketing which means that the process is only going to grow from here. Sites like YouTube are only growing in power and strength and many businesses are already leveraging the amazing technology for opportunities that exist in helping to grow their business.

Sophia,

Videos are becoming increasingly popular in the current marketing environment. The key to being successful when marketing with a video is to make it interesting and very short. People have very short attention spans these days and it's nearly impossible to keep someones attention for longer than just a few seconds. Start your video strong, with an attention-getter or interesting information at the very beginning and try to remove any unnecessary parts from the video. You should be trying to pack the most amount of relevant information in your video while keeping the shortest time possible.

Hello Guys !!!!!

I believe possessing both equally some sort of online video site and also static help site in such cases is suitable. Everybody finds in another way so possessing all sorts and also varieties of studying components genuinely allows out your current web-sites users and also can make lifestyle for that consumer much better by giving these possibilities. On the web online video sharing technology can be reasonably fresh in comparison with old varieties of advertising so that accomplishing this will grow through below. It is one of the better advertising support since placing some sort of online video on meta cafe which is included your organization URL, providing the folks watch your current online video your current online video targeted visitors improves for the reason that website traffic as well.
