Hello, we are a small online variety store that got its start selling personal items on ebay. We have a storefront through auctiva commerce and have finally gotten it set up on the "sales" side of things. I used their template and store builder and have gotten a basic store that seems easy to navigate. I have the various feeds established and have gotten us on several shopping search engine sites. We have a tiny amount of regular traffic and some people are finding us.
However, I know that I don't know anything about SEO, linking, building logos, addressing keyword and tag issues, and general online marketing.
I know that the site is lacking in all of these things and I know we probably have fairly low google rankings, etc. I don't generally use any social networking sites myself so am having a hard time with them for the business.
I guess, I would like a web review/critique because I just don't know where to start or how to begin to improve these areas. I don't know the programming and am having trouble understanding where or why these items need to be fixed. I am feeling alot overwhelmed here.
