Inspired by "The Speed Of Trust" by Stephen M. R. Covey and a recent study in Denmark I just posted a short note on the Human Resources phenomena Lifebalance. Maybe not everybody in here are already familiar with the term, but the article describes shortly what it is all about, and there are some inspirational tips rounding the whole thing off.
