I have one major question ... given the fact that you are putting all this into HTML, what do you need to do if an item is temporarily out of stock, or you wish to run a "Special Sale" for a few days, or the item is discontinued? Are you saying that you need to go into the HTML coding and change ALL that? Yuck!!
I`m glad we use the data base we use. With asimple few clicks items are re-arranged, price changes made, items put in, items taken out, new discriptions added or edited. And all this can be done off-line ... then simply up-loaded in less than a minute.
I`m not trying to diminish your site, or take away from your hard work and effort. Just asking a few questions, as to how you address those issues.
If I recall, there was a thread regarding the benefit of having a web design team, utilizing the team approach of those that have strong skills that each of us lacks. I`m confident you`ll get it figured out ... or have someone help you.
Good luck with the HTML coding. I wish you the best.
twc,
Being on a strict budget doesn`t mean you can`t have a good looking web site with a nice feature like being able to add and delete items as you go.

But the best thing to do is if you are going to create tables for youpictures try using DIV tags. I like div Tags just for positioning reasons. But it`s true what jonese said create a table with 4 sections. So it would be like <table width="563" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<!--Start image table here--->
<tr>
<td width="272" height="168" valign="top"><!--image1 cell--> </td>
<td width="291" valign="top"><!--image2 cell--> </td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td height="172" valign="top"><!--Image 3 celll--> </td>
<td valign="top"><!--image 4 cell--> </td>
</tr>
</table>
<!----End Image table here---->
This can probably help you

I would be glad to provide it ... I just don`t want folks to get their tail feathers all in a muss ... thinking that I`m "hawking" the data base. (Although I have to admit ... its darn good.)
Let me first mention that at yahoo, using a search term that encompasses everything about trucking ... truck stop ... it lists over 20,000,000 results. Lat month, Overture says that that term ... truck stop ... was searched over 10,500 times.
In less than 4 months of our new data base and search engine submission strategies ... GoTruckStop.com is only at position 14 !!
Thanks to our design team ... and our great shopping cart / data base.
Now to answer your question ... yes I can provide you with the folks that are part of the GoTruckStop.com design team.
