Anyone else using an online help chat on their website?

I just downloaded a program and had everything setup and installed on my website and blogs within 20 minutes.  I love it!  My company doesn`t launch until March, but this will be really helpful when it does! My friends and I have been testing it out, and it`s great!

AND ITS FREE!  There are upgrades available, but I don`t see myself needed them for a while.

Anyone else have something like this on their sites.  What have your experiences been?

Thanks!

Actually, I just switched it to ZAZA chat.  It`s better than the other one, more features on the free version and you can access everything online, from any computer.

I am using Yahoo messenger on my side, it is free and most people have no problem loading that down. It works real good for me.

My company recently built a website from scratch for a company which wanted to incorporate live chat. After reviewing 12 products/services for one which would meet most of their needs, we recommended and implemented the services of http://www.ProvideSupport.com.

The business involved is an online counseling service, which offers secure SSL online chat counseling, as well as secure SSL and encrypted email counseling. For the online chat sessions, the client navigates to their "Waiting Room", and from there can either initiate the counseling session or wait for the counselor to initiate the session.

This business needed the ability to have multiple counselors access the system from anywhere in the world. The counselors` activity is all logged, chat sessions are encrypted and logged, and this is all visible to a manager at the very top level of access. The counselors also have the ability to "push" the display of a given web page to the client`s screen. So, during the chat exchange, one can say something like "Let me show you our website`s section on this particular issue or item", and then send the client there within seconds.

You also have visibility in real time as to which page on your site the client is viewing.

Very powerful tool here. Might be more than some businesses need, but certainly is a reasonably priced option. For one user to access the service, it`s $8.25 per month if paying up-front for an annual subscription.

You can`t see this in action without first purchasing a counseling package, but here`s the website we developed for them: http://TranquilCounseling.com. An interesting project for us, and we delivered the site for less than $950, with free hosting for the first two years.
