Is anyone else in the same boat that I am?  I`ve been working so hard to make this company work and now this new, poorly conceived law is about to put us out of business because of the testing requirements.

If I fail it should be because I couldn`t make things work, not because some congressman decided that because a large manufacturer violated the lead-in-paint law that I have to perform repetitive, inappropriate testing.  There are better ways to ensure safety that this.

Perhaps Mr. Obama`s "plan" to help grow small business will come to the rescue. :-)

I`m sorry your business is caught up in this stupid law.  It just proves to me that the people in DC have NO IDEA how real Americans live and work.   This law doesn`t affect JUST the large manufacturers but every business - big and small - who makes things for children.  I heard today that several children`s clothing companies are shutting down instead of fighting.  They are small, speciality companies, but they just don`t want to deal with the hassle.
