Any restaurant, bakery, commercial kitchen owners?

I need some advise as to how I figure out my start up cost for a restaurant I am opening, it's more the size of a cafe, a specialty restaurant, but I cant figure out for the life of me the cost of equipment, supplies, construction ect....

@DCLLC Here is a resource article. If you are in the US consider going to your local SBA Center and ask them for a start-up cost template. They often have tools you can use and may even connect you to a SCORE Counselor who can walk you through the documentation part of your business plan. Good luck to you!
