Hello!  Here at ABC we have recently redesigned the entire structure of our website in the hopes of making it more user friendly and give a first time user an easier chance of understanding our benefits and what our company does.

I hope you take a few moments for any comments or feedback that you might have!

You have this huge thing that says "benefits" but it`s below the fold for me so I don`t even see it until I scroll.

You also have a huge video.  I don`t know if that works for your target market, but personally I hate clicking on videos for a demo. I would rather read it, especially if it involves sound because I don`t normally have the sound on my computer ... more so if I`m in an office. You`d need to convince me that there`s a reason to click on the video, and I`m not seeing that in the first screen (above the fold).

You talk a lot about yourself on the right side there ... I`d rather see what you can do for me, and perhaps I`d be more likely to watch your video.

FWIW, after skimming around the entire front page, I really see no reason or concrete benefits for me to give you $40 a month. It takes me way too many clicks to get through the benefits, and I`m still not convinced they are attractive enough for me to pay you $40/month.

Your website is easy to navigate, well laid out and I will give whomever did your videos an A+.  Except for the one in member benefits, the audio drops out just after "... yellow pages ...".

I also liked the colors and logo integration.  Good for branding.

Like Nichole, I don`t see anything on the site worth more than my local C of C membership.  Of course, we aren`t the target market for your services.  I see small startups that have no computer or web expertise who need a low-cost solution to their on-line marketing strategy.    If you are trying to be a national "chamber" for small businesses, you must add a blog to the site to encourage business to business discussions and networking.

Hope this helps.
