Any UFC fans here? (Ultimate Fighting Championship)

I remember watching the very first UFC on pay-per-view back in the early 90s.  I have caught some of the "Ultimate Fighter" series on Spike TV - it was funny still seeing Kent Shamrock involved!

I liked UFC when it was busy answering the age old question, "If a karate master and a jujitsu master had a fight, who would win?" I liked it when it was one diverse style versus another. Now it seems everyone is the same brazilian jujitsu and kickboxing hybrid. It seems like all the matches follow the exact same routine - tentative jabs, go for a clinch, 20 minutes of man-humping on the ground to little effect, the ref breaks it up eventually, and it repeats ad nauseum till someone gets a successful ground-and-pound thing going. I don't like hybrid vs hybrid. I liked it when the martial arts were more mixed.
