I don`t know any swimsuite designers, but if I knew one, I would try to get the teenager niche. But where so many people are overweight, there is a large niche that may not be tapped into. Yes, these larger people won`t live in swimsuits like the teenagers, but they need atleast one for those few occasions.

I have designed a sunsafe clothing line; a swim jacket to be worn swimming, along with a skirt and capris to be worn while sailing. Fabric is for swimming and it is UVA +50 sun protected.
