We're looking for an investor interested in helping us finish the elvolution of an eatery into a full service restaurant. The eatery is located in an area where the next closest spot is 5-7 miles away, on a major thruway, and directly in the path of a growing county. Initial funding will complete renovation of the eatery, upgrade equipment and facilities, add additional staffing, increase market visibility and increase operating capital margin.

I assume that you are in the UK?
How much are you seeking? What specifically will the funds be used for? Do you have revenue now and if not, why not? What can an investor expect in return and over what period?
These are questions that all investors will ask you. Have answers.
Plus, you might be better off getting out in your community, attending local networking events and seeking investors there.
Very little chance that an true investor is on an online forum looking for deals.
