I own a San Diego based ecommerce site serving an unsaturated niche market in the online music distribution industry. After running the business for a year, I have identified a combination of killer strategies to significantly boost sales and profitability. I have started implementing these processes however I am now cash strapped.

I am seeking an Angel Investor to provide a two part investment of $10, 000 each for a 30% stake in this company. I have boot strapped this company out of my garage to $14,700 in physical inventory, $7000 in digital assets and a steady, modest and growing sales all with zero paid ad. When the new process is fully implemented sales is expected to grow more than 800% in the next 3 years with 65% margin. ROI of 50% in first year.

I have amassed the unique expertise required to profitably run this business, keep cost low, carry just in time inventory, and scale efficiently. It would be nice if  a potential investor is familiar with more than one of the following: PayPal, Yahoo Small Business, Magento, QuickBooks and SEO so you can help with keeping the books and I will focus in core business operations as I still have day job for now.You will only need to dedicate about one hour a day and this can be done anytime of the day from your home or smart phone.

If you are in Southern California fine, then  we can be meeting maybe once a month otherwise the business is 100% online and you can have 24/7 visibility from anywhere. I am a high energy goal getter and you will not be disappointed. This business is not the next big thing, but it offers tremendous ROI and an effortless exit strategy in a few years.

PM for executive summary and some numbers or please point me to the right direction.

To find business partners, funding and investment opportunities try using the site www.PartnersInDemand.com. It's "Free" to register and you just fill out a brief company profile indicating the resources or opportunity you have or looking for and we do the rest. If a match is made, you can review the company profile or investment opportunity before deciding to contact the business or entrepreneur...it's just that simple. Also, once you fill out a company profile you can freely search the manual database for investment opportunities and/or business profiles that may be of interest to you
