I'm interested in locating angel investors who work specifically with manufacturers in the food business.  I have developed a line of children's organic food specialty products and my inquiry to the District Manager of Whole Foods has produced positive results.

However, I don't feel financially capable to launch and would like to learn more about working with angel investors.

My business plan is complete ... but I do need to get a myriad of permits, certifications, etc. to begin.

By the way, I have a network of people whom I have given my products to for their children (test marketing) and they keep asking for more.

The concept for these products goes back to my grandmother who prepared these foods for her grandchildren.  I now prepare them for my granddaughter and for the past 3 years, she still asks for them and we continue to create new flavors, ingredients etc.

Any direction here would be so appreciated!
