I have been seeking an angel investor or equity partner in our family business in Thailand. I am American and my wife is Thai. We currently have a small family operated fish farm in Chaiyaphum province about half way between Bangkok and Laos.

The farm does a fine business for the local market. We also have several mango trees and Paulownia trees. It is basically subsistence living, but with enormous potential. I`m looking for someone who wants to help people. Someone who wants to experience an adventure of a life time, learn a new culture, and someone who loves sustainable agriculture.

My idea is to purchase essential oil distillation equipment and distill native and well know essential oils such as lemongrass oil and lotus flower oil. The capital required for such a operation would be minimal ($20,000-$35,000).

The return would be huge.

Many essential oils sell for $5- $10 per ounce. The 15 acres of land which we own outright can produce many tons of plant matter need for essential oil production. The land in Thailand is stunning and the people are wonderful. We offer a full tour of area and comfortable accommodation while inspecting the property.

Marketing and promotion of the product via wholesale distributorship will be the vehicle which will produce the investor great returns. Several web sites offer the purchase of essential oils such as tradekey.com,

alibaba.com, startup nation.com, and bulkoil.com.

If sufficient capital investment is available alternative bio fuels such as Jatropha can be produced and manufactured on the land.

Regards,

TG McGuire

The best way to find growth capital is to apply to a venture summit where you can speed pitch your ideas to several investors face-to-face in a single day.  One such example is The Speed Venture Summit, the premier speed-dating-style event for fast-growth businesses and investors in New England.  http://www.speedventuresummit.org; and follow the virtual discussion at Twitter #SVSNE

If you're going to grow up trees ecologically the return would be even better. Europeans and after a while also Americans will be interested in ecology more and more, that's obvious. So good luck and don't miss your chance!
