We're a startup located near NYC and paid less than $2k for the organization of our company (amending certificate of incorp, drafting of action of sole incorporator, our bylaws, written consent in lieu of first meeting, founder restricted stock purchases, shareholder agreement, and the firm's proprietary and inventions agreement and registering us as a foreign company in our state). It took around two months time to get all this done and all the founders responded quickly to all questions. I believe nothing special had to be done for the company. The only thing that was done beforehand was forming the entity in Delaware and getting an EIN. I believe the price is good according to what I've read online but my question is two months a decent time period to get all of this done or is it a lot of time?
