American Business with a foreign call in customer service? (somewhere in India) Not for us, thank you. We will keep it all in America!

Seriously, I think we should employ our own people first. While it might be a bit cheaper to hire a company from the other side of the globe I think its our responsibility as business owners to employ our own people. Is that wrong??

the indian people easily available and work hard.

Thats just the world we live in :P Outsourcing of costumer service is common these days, but I don't like companies that do it. Happily though smaller companys don't do this yet....
