Have any of you received a letter from someone who is offering to invest money in your country or seeking your advise in how they can use their money here in the US? Just letting you handle their money???????

Yes, I got it too and deleted it after about 5 secs.
 
I was just waiting for them to offer me a bridge too, at a really good price.  LOL.
