Hey guys,

I've developed a new website and startup called Novelnook.  We currently offer free eBook self-publishing with no royalty fees (first of our kind).   In an effort to make sure I have covered all of my bases in terms of trademarks etc.  I wanted to get advice and see if I have missed anything.

Here's what I have established so far:

  1. LLC - State of Colorado
  2. Trademark - State of Colorado (does this cover me in more than just colorado - since I am online)?
  3. Patent - Application Pending for specific sections of my website that new/unique.
  4. Terms & Conditions - I built these myself through research on other sites similar to mine - should I get a lawyer for this?
  5. Privacy Policy - same thing as above
  6. Business Plan - constantly being updated

Anything else I am missing here?

Thanks again,

Colton Joseph
